Hey lovely,
Jasmine here, back with your Monday Wellness Dose.
I've LOVED chatting with you all in my inbox this week - so many of you are building such incredible wellness brands and services. It got me thinking: we probably need some sort of directory where you can add your details and connect with other women in this community. Let me know your thoughts?
In other news, I was honestly blown away by the response to our Aesop event happening later this week. Not only were you all just as excited as I was that Aesop wanted to celebrate the launch of a Retinoid that's been ten years in the making with us, but we've never had an event sell out so quickly. Anyone who's hosted events knows the stress that comes with it: will people turn up? Will they have a good time? Will I sell any tickets? Despite it not being my first rodeo, my brain always seems to think it is, and the worry is always there - even more so now we're working with incredible brands like Aesop. So truly, thank you all so much for your support and kind words. I cannot wait to see you on Thursday. To get notified about our events, join our page here.
And in case you need a reminder today that what's meant for you won't ever pass you by - listen to this.
Let's get into this week's Wellness Dose. 🤍

You get no bonus points for difficulty in life - and sometimes being an intra-preneur is the smarter, faster route to building wealth. But that’s only if you pick the right company to grow within: here are 9 worth applying to in 2026. (Apple Podcasts).
This image-based calorie tracker is making millions per month and just got acquired by MyFitnessPal, their third acquisition in just over a year. Health and fitness apps monetise at 2x the rate of other categories - so if you're built to build, it's worth thinking about what MyFitnessPal might want next and starting there. (TechCrunch)

The best stories & updates that caught our eye this week →
🏃♀️ Move over ClassPass: Studio owners have long had a complicated relationship with ClassPass - it's great at filling mats, but converting one-time visitors? Hard going. Most use ClassPass precisely because it lets them bounce between studios - a wellness studio butterfly, if you will. But now, a new London-based pay-as-you-train fitness app, SPORTL, is offering a smarter solution. The premise is simple: studios add classes to fill empty spaces, class-goers book without committing to a membership, and unlike on ClassPass - studios stay in control of their own pricing. With 50 gyms and studios already signed up, it's worth downloading.
🪞 Mums know best: Nothing is quite as frustrating as finding a perfect foundation match in store, only for it to look completely different in natural light. Clarins - the iconic French brand that's been a firm favourite in our mothers’ bathroom cabinets - seems to have the answer. Using a consultant's iPhone, their latest in-store AI colour matching service analyses your undertone and builds you a complementary colour profile across their range. Everyone wins: consultants reported feeling more empowered, basket size doubled and conversion rates hit 70% during the trial, leading the brand to roll out across counters in the UK and France. And whilst competitor brands like Clinique have won over Gen Z via viral products (like this), Clarins is opting for the long play and doing something arguably smarter - reminding us that the best beauty advice has always come from a real person. The AI just makes them even better at it.
⚡The ultimate busy girl habit stack: It's not affirmations, or stretching whilst watching Bridgerton. Rather, it's vagus nerve stimulation (VNS). A term now getting over 165k monthly searches, VNS devices could quickly become the new at-home LED add-on to our self-care routines. And rightly so - emerging research shows VNS can help regulate the body's stress response by shifting your nervous system into "rest and digest", improve heart rate variability, and even support burnout recovery. While practices like humming or cold exposure can help stimulate the vagus nerve, devices offer a stronger and more targeted stimulus. Our favourite approach? yōjō. It’s more than just a device: with a discreet earpiece easily disguised on-the-go, built-in biofeedback (via a daily face scan) and free personal coaching to keep you accountable - all for less than a coffee a day.
💄 Go bold: After years of "clean girl" and "no makeup makeup" dominating our feeds, the tide is turning. Colour cosmetics are back - and the signs are everywhere. MAC just landed a spot in over 100 Sephora stores for the first time in 40 years after finding a new generation of fans on TikTok for their much-loved lip formulas. Even Chanel declared that "glitter is for adults" at Paris Fashion Week, with Acne Studios and Saint Laurent going all in on bright primary colours and heavy smokey eyes. One thing that’s missing? Brands positioning spending an hour following an in-depth makeup tutorial just because as an act of self care itself. Nothing is quite as nostalgic for millennials, and someone needs to make it part of their strategy, fast.
