Hey angels,

Happy long weekend!

Coming to you with a slightly lighter edition this week as I've been busy behind the scenes planning the Between Us launch - our new private membership for women who care about living well and building well. I'm 100% biased but I'm SO excited about our first two virtual workshops: one on mastering strength training and another on designing your dream life. I'm still not entirely sure how I managed to get our first two experts to say yes - but I'm very glad they did.

The waitlist closes Friday - so consider this your gentle nudge to lock in founding member pricing before the first spaces open. Aside from our two monthly workshops, the part of Between Us I keep telling everyone about is the monthly Ritual Pairing. Each month, every member gets matched with another woman in the community based on whatever you need right now. You'll both get a prompt to kick things off and each other's details to connect and go deeper.

The idea came from something I started doing at our first events, matching women based on a pre-event questionnaire. It went down a treat every time as there’s nothing quite like hitting it off with other women who share your values, your ambitions and your slightly obsessive approach to living well, inside and out.

Members also get access to my monthly field notes, and my first is juicy: "Everything I did wrong launching two wellness businesses, and what to do instead." Yup, two. For the girlies who are new here (welcome!!) - I used to run an activewear brand and whilst it did just fine, it was a real baptism of fire. With Daily Rituals I put those lessons into action, and a year later I quit my corporate 9-5, created a life on my own terms and finally said adios to the Sunday Scaries for good.

Founding member pricing ends when the waitlist closes this Friday - so make sure you're on the list here before it does. Any questions, thoughts, vibes, just hit reply.

And lastly - I spent the day at &Soul in Shoreditch last week and if you haven't been yet, go, even if just for the research. They’ve built what a social wellness space should look and feel like IMO - people co-working, breaking up their day with a sauna or a class, eating from an incredible in-house café and staying for non-alcoholic post-work drinks with people they've just met. I had a quick chat with the founder (who was giving "just got back from Burning Man" energy, in the best possible way..) and he explained how he'd spent the past ten years building co-living spaces designed to combat loneliness. &Soul was the natural next step, his way of bringing what he'd seen in wellness communities across Mexico and beyond to London. Admittedly it leans more alternative than other social wellness spaces in the city, but because of that, it feels much more welcoming too. Let me know if you give it a try!

Let's get into this week's Wellness Dose. 🤍

Emily Trenouth spent over a decade advising the world's biggest brands on creator marketing and social strategy - from her role as Head of Influencer Relations at Amazon to shaping campaigns for LVMH, Unilever, P&G and Coca-Cola at mega agency WPP. And now? She's "building a life that her younger self would have dreamed of" - leaving big corporate to be a full-time strategic advisor, speaker and host of "Wish I Knew", her new podcast on ambition, growth and redefining success.

Today, we're finding out her favourite hacks, tips & go-to places for each of the words below. Let's get in the know with Emily.

NOURISH

I’m all for the Mediterranean way of living - fresh food, sunlight and slow meals. I grew up in the era of restrictive fad dieting, but now I see nourishment as balance: a smoothie and slice of banana bread can both exist & be perfectly healthy, without guilt.

MOVE

My schedule changes every week, so flexibility is key. I use the Alo Wellness Club app alongside my gym sessions and Pilates (Karve and Heartcore are my favourites). Wearing a WHOOP band has really helped me listen to my body and stay consistent, especially when you can see the results in your biometrics.

PLAY

Since I stopped drinking alcohol, I changed my approach to letting my hair down. I don't do late nights or clubs anymore, but I do love being free and a bit silly. Whether it's trying something new like wakeboarding or a salsa night, or dancing at a festival - play for me is about feeling confidence and joy.

EXPLORE

I always gravitate to sunny, slower places with an effortless feel (see #1!). A recent favourite was a girls trip with my bestie to Hydra in Greece. There’s no cars, you walk everywhere, surrounded by beautiful art, music and a really effortless chic energy. It feels like stepping into a completely different pace of life.

RECHARGE

I recharge by slowing down intentionally. A few times a year I take a longer break, and day-to-day it's simple rituals - sauna, baths and time outdoors. F Zeen in Kefalonia is the place I always return to reset and always come back feeling renewed.

RENEW

Keeping it simple - the occasional facial, and investing in good skincare (Medik8 products have done wonders for me) and quality sleep. I've learned consistency makes more difference than any one treatment.

CAFFEINATE

Nothing beats Aussie coffee, but in London I love Granger & Co and Milk Beach for a proper flat white.

LEARN

Starting my podcast Wish I Knew has been my biggest learning curve - from hearing guests' different life paths to building something completely from scratch and putting it out there. I realized growth only really happens once you begin, even before you feel ready.

READ

Option B by Sheryl Sandberg. I've reread it many times and often give it to friends - it's a reminder you can rebuild and move forward after an unexpected change.

SHOP

I've been trying to shop more consciously lately, choosing second-hand and vintage over new. From Loop Generation to Vinted and little vintage stores in Milan, I've found some beautifully unique pieces (my fave: a vintage LOEWE leather jacket) and it's helped me tap into my creativity and own sense of style.

See you next week xo
