😮 A build-your-own retreat?

Plus new in activewear favourites, the ultimate wellness referral programme & this trending glass skin essential.

If you thought that everyone and your auntie was competing in Hyrox, you’re not wrong. Last week, they announced their latest partnership with F45 to roll out their new Hyrox classes across the globe. For slightly-obscure but effective HIIT workouts, F45 are the go-to, so their new collab makes a lot of sense.

But it got me thinking. What’s the Hyrox for pilates girls? There’s nowhere for us to go and receive a gold medal for our impeccable core technique. Someone needs to change that.

In your weekly dose:

  • Payday treats: activewear essentials you’ll be wearing all summer.

  • A build-your-own retreat: Things we like to build-our-own include cute bears, pizza & retreats, of course.

  • The DL list: Editor’s weekly wellness favourites.

  • We’re growing up: We’ve just launched the referral programme we wish we always wished existed, just for you. Scroll to the bottom & start unlocking your favourite wellness rewards.

WE’RE GOING ON A RETREAT
Wellness-loving introverts, assemble

As a seasoned introvert myself, it’s not often I experience FOMO. But last week, I saw The Peligoni Club’s PACE week all over my instagram & realised it was my idea of pure heaven.

Don’t get me wrong, days at Peligoni are pretty dreamy all year round. Waking up in your grecian villa, looking out onto the clearest turquoise sea before soaking up the sun & eating good food at the ultra-aesthetic beach club.

During their PACE weeks, which happen twice a year, things step up a notch.

With as many fitness and wellness classes as you can imagine, it’s a “build your own” retreat in the best way. I’m not into huge amounts of HIIT, even on a retreat, so being able to skip it without making excuses for my balanced hormone era is pretty appealing to me. There’s plenty of other sessions on the schedule too, designed to leave you feeling balanced and nourished, physically and mentally. Think ice baths, sound healing, manifestation meditations, tennis workshops, pop-up spa sessions (dream) - literally, everything.

The only catch is that to access the classes, you need a membership to the club for the week. & to get a membership, you need to be staying on site at one of the partner villas. Luckily, they’re to die for. For around ÂŁ700 for the week, it’s an incredibly cost-effective way to experience a retreat & be surrounded by likeminded wellness girlies, if theres a group of 10 of you to fill the villa.

Should we do it?

So, lovely Daily Rituals readers - let me know if you’d be interested in going in October (the second yearly PACE week) by replying to this email and we’ll get a group together. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have 9 wellness-loving friends & I’m dying to meet more of you IRL too!

You know the drill, you buy it to workout in and it becomes the most worn pieces in your wardrobe bar your dressing gown. We’ve rounded up the best of new in that you’ll be wearing all summer.

THE WELLNESS WEB:

THE DR LIST

“The one that gets you compliments. Weirdly, it’s not a perfume you’ll notice much on yourself, but as it adapts to your skin it gives the cleanest, ‘you but 100x better’ smell”

“Okay, I’ll start by saying I’m no runner, but best believe I bought this anyway. Worth over £150, for just £40 it’s great for trying a few new wellness products in one go"

“I’m obsessed with everything Ancient & Brave. I love adding this in with their collagen, mixed with hot cacao & a dash of coconut milk. It helps me stay full & focused”

“Meet the elite of body brushes. Leaves your skin feeling baby-soft without making it sensitive (somehow?!). The leather strap makes it glide effortlessly across your limbs too”
