☆ Wellness events to book this December (Pilates & a Sunday roast?!)

You’ll notice that the Wellness Dose is a little different this week. As many of you know, I run Daily Rituals alongside my 9-5, and sometimes, it can get a lot. Typically, I’m glued to my laptop all weekend, and the irony of that isn’t lost on me considering I’m writing about all things wellness & self-care.

Honestly, I love it - I feel like I’ve found what I was supposed to be doing in this life, but I could feel myself somewhat dreading doing the same thing this weekend (hello, burn out..). So, I’ve (mostly) given myself the weekend off.

In the meantime, I just wanted to say thank you so much for being here. I genuinely couldn’t do this without you. 💖

• 7th: Manifest your best year yet with this soothing sound bath and vision board making workshop in Shoreditch. A lot of zen, a little 2025 planning & heaps of good energy.

• 11th: Dinner with deep convos? Meet likeminded women at the MOOD LDN x The C Word intimate women’s supper club in Hoxton. Guided prompts and discussions keep awkward small talk at bay as you’ll enjoy your 3-course plant based meal. Leave with plenty of goodies and new genuine connections.

• 12th: Glow inside and out at Nue Ground in Clapham with their Brazilian Pilates Method class and Glow Mask Meditation (aka you’ll be meditating with a sheet mask on - iconic).

• 15th: If you missed out on Hyrox this year but want to feel the same adrenaline rush, head to Move & Meets Christmas Games competition. A series of fun hybrid workouts followed by plenty of bagels and matcha to refuel, heaven!

• 15th: Prefer a lower-intensity Sunday? Head to this Pilates & Plates event in Fulham where you’ll enjoy a 45-minute mat pilates class followed by, wait for it… a Sunday roast. Yes, please.

• 29th: Round your 2024 off with some serious self-care with The Self Love Lab. Reflect and release on the year gone by with a guided meditation and sound bath, before closing with oracle cards and affirmations. You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and ready to take on 2025.
